Basis Leadership Training: This is first level of the three levels of our training program. At this level we have been conducting a one week pastoral training two times a years in each of the five centers we have established in Uganda and Kenya. We have so far trained over five hundred pastors and lay leaders since 2004. At this level, we equip pastors and christian leaders who have not had formal bible training with the basic tools on bible, theology and leadership.

Training of Trainers Program: With effect from March 2010 we are going to launch level two of our training program to train leaders who will train other leaders with special focus on lay ministries in churches and communities. We have selected 15 competent leaders who will join the local training team after their graduation to expand the program beyond the current five centers. This is a 30 year vision where we envision to train one million leaders by the year 2040.

Training Leaders for Research and Publication: This is the third level of our training program; we shall launch it in the next five years.

Resource Center: We launched resource centers in Kampala and Sio-Port Kenya to enable the pastors access tools and information to enhance their ministries. We still need more books, computers and other resources to equip these centers.

Children Academy: We run academy in Kampala, Uganda and Sio-Port Kenya. The focus here is to empower the parents and communities to prioritize quality education of their children so as to harness their potential as the bedrock of the transformation of Africa. We hope to raise up model academies in each of our leadership centers as a catalyst to other schools especially those located in the rural areas. This shall be the foundation of new leadership and community in Africa. For example, in Uganda only one in every four people or four in 10 people have reached at least high school, meaning that the rest of the population is semi-literate thus lack capacity to engage glocalized universe they find themselves in today. We shall undertake to develop teachers, parents and communities to achieve this objective.

Micro finance via saving and cooperative to empower especially women and youths. The focus here is to boost the culture of saving, investment and service. We nurture entrepreneurship for socially responsible investments.
