OBJECTIVES
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Leadership training:
- To establish Christian leadership centers to provide non-formal biblical and leadership training for pastors who are not able to access formal theological education to become full of goodness, complete in knowledge and competent to instruct one another.
Relationship:
- To create an environment that enhances warm and mutual relationships to promote vital and relevant forums for African Christian Leaders to consult and network on common issues, vision and strategy.
Leadership multiplication:
- To develop competent African theologians and intellectuals who will extend this program to the next generation of leaders and beyond the current centers.
Economic Support for Leaders: - Establish economic support base for the leaders to enhance their leadership abilities.
Resource centers:
- To establish resource centers with adequate study resources like bibles, commentaries in hard print or soft ware forms to enable Christian leaders to exegete and apply God’s word in their contexts appropriately to empower the people spiritually, economically and socially.
- To offer practical skills training for community members especially women and youths.
- To provide recreational facilities as well as multiple model projects for the community.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Innate capacity of appropriate response:
Equipping community leaders with the capacity to galvanize the common commitment of community members to develop the native communal capacities to respond to common challenges with a wealth of appropriate vision and resources as a reflection of their true self-identity and dignity. (People only think of programs and organizations but not the state of the community- we must build people as a community to develop the capacity to work together for the common good in a just social system)
Generating clean water and irrigation systems to rural communities
Entrepreneurship:
- Generating economic development through grassroots initiatives and microfinance initiatives for socially responsible investments in Africa
- Empowering African women and youths into becoming successful entrepreneurs
Compassion ministries:
- To create and provide ministries for the marginalized in Africa, i.e., Orphans and widows, prisoners, war victims, HIV-AIDS patients, abandoned children, refugees etc.
EDUCATION
Educational institutions:
- To establish educational institutions to support the continuing formal education of Christian leaders that will enhance research and publications. Our educational institutions shall promote the tripartite human dimensions of heart, head and hand as an integrated discipline.
- To promote massive school enrollment of children within school-going age, ensure that they are retained in schools, and successfully complete their education with adequate knowledge and skills to improve upon the quality of labor force to accelerate the production levels, income generation and service delivery.
ENVIRONMENT
- As stewards of God’s creation, we promote tender care of the earth and responsible actions that enhance the restoration and protection of the environment. We therefore design and advocate for ecologically friendly programs and activities.
EVANGELISM
- To partner with churches and other stakeholders to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom of God so that people may know Christ and make Him known.
