By the year 2011 we plan to have:
Established 5 Pastoral Training Centers in the five regions of Uganda , 2 in Kenya and 2 in Rwanda fully equipped with adequate library study materials - Bibles, commentaries, computers, and other study resources.
Trained at least 100 leaders who show exceptional qualities of leadership so that they can be our extension teachers to train other pastoral leaders whom we may not be able to reach (2Timothy 2:2).
Trained at least 100,000 effective lay leaders in basic Biblical and leadership skills
Established 9 model children's schools whose values and curriculum can be used to develop similar schools.
Supported a total of about 250 orphaned and disadvantaged children with life and school needs
Opened Ministry Networks across the Great Lakes Region of Africa
Created a Revolving Fund for the economic empowerment of women and children
Developed a curriculum about HIV-AIDS intervention to be used in the pastoral leadership training programs.
Developed a prisons ministry curriculum which caters for:

Sensitization of the community concerning root causes of crime and their duties to the prisoners
Psycho-social needs of the prison staff
Initiate policy advocacy platform
Restorative justice
Sensitized Christians on their role in Environmental stewardship through:
Seminars and workshops
Tree planting
Getting rid of poorly disposed litter and/or waste
Soil conservation
Organic farming
Developed partnerships to promote Primary Health Care, and provide basic health care needs in at least three centers.
Incorporated Training in Appropriate Technology in our leadership training programs.
